Biography

Elaha Zafari is the Founder and Principal Solicitor of Enlight Legal & Migration. She is a highly accomplished  legal professional with great experience in migration law, family law, property law, Will and Estate. Elaha holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in International Law and International Relations.

Admitted to both the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, Elaha represents clients in the District Courts, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Administrative Appeal Tribunal and various suburban and regional Magistrates Courts in South Australia. 

In the realm of family law, Elaha has handled numerous cases involving divorce, child discovery, adoption, spousal support, and property division. Her compassionate approach and commitment to her clients have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor during emotionally challenging times.

Immigration law is another area where Elaha excels. She has helped numerous individuals and families navigate the complex immigration process, providing guidance and support in matters such as visa applications, citizenship, visa cancellation, and appeals in the AAT and the Federal Court of Australia. Elaha’s in-depth understanding of immigration laws enables her to effectively advocate for her clients and assist them in achieving their immigration goals.

With her calm, confident, and considered approach, she has achieved the best possible result for her clients. What sets Elaha apart is her deep familiarity with cultural diversity and her ability to assist clients from diverse backgrounds.
